How do I know it works?

When we present your first analysis report, we also include exactly how statistically impactful your hypotheses are in addressing your problem area(s). We consider this a hugely important moment in your transition to analysis-based problem solving. Throughout your first analysis, we take you under our wing to make sure you feel confident and empowered in your ability to conduct analyses to solve problems in the future.

How do I know my data is safe?

ConnectCubed considers data security our highest priority. We use the best tools and engineering practices to build and maintain ConnectCubed, and we have implemented multiple levels of security to protect and backup your data. The administrators of your ConnectCubed account set access permissions to the data on your employees. To serve you, our employees at ConnectCubed are often required to examine your data, as well as to provide support. Only those ConnectCubed employees with a direct need to examine your data have access allowing them to do so. Lastly, upon request, we will export and/or delete your data from our system.

Does it integrate with my HR information system or ATS?

ConnectCubed is already integrated with several major ATSs. If integration is important to your workflow, we will be happy to integrate to the extent your ATS allows (though an additional integration fee applies for customers on our Basic Plan).

Do I have to commit for a full year?

Yes. ConnectCubed contracts are billed annually by default. We’ve found that customers who can commit to a full year of using ConnectCubed will be more successful agents of change and improvement in the long run. And since your long-term success is our goal, we want to encourage those practices that support that goal. Bottom line: Annual contracts make happier ConnectCubed customers. And we want you to be happy.

Can I analyze one area of my organization or do I need to analyze the entire organization?

You can analyze one area of your organization at a time, or the entire organization at once, depending on your preferences. Many of our very large clients prefer to conduct analyses in stages.

What do our employees see when we ask them to complete a survey, personality assessment, aptitude assessment, or other measure?

Your employees will receive a personalized email from you explaining the reason for the measure along with a link to take the complete the measure online. ConnectCubed provides a library of templates for you to use when communicating with employees, or you can create your own.

Does this cause any adverse impact?

Adverse impact and the legal implications of hiring are a critical concern for all businesses. However, when used correctly, analysis-based problem-solving tools like ConnectCubed are a great way to minimize adverse impact and increase the perception of fairness in your processes.

Is ConnectCubed legally compliant?

Yes. We comply with ADA, OFCCP, and ADEA regulations, as well as with the Uniform Guidelines for Testing established by the APA.
